About the role
Gocount is looking for a motivated Trainee Accountant to join its Mysore office. This full‑time, onsite position is ideal for a fresh graduate eager to start a career in finance and gain hands‑on experience supporting tech‑focused clients.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior accountants in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Coordinate with clients to gather information required for statutory compliance filings.
- Perform data entry, account reconciliations, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and audit documentation.
- Help maintain accurate records in accounting software and spreadsheets.
Required profile
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and spoken English for client communication.
