About the role
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Mysore office on a full‑time, onsite basis. You will support audit and compliance activities for our Indian SME clients and help develop junior team members.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements for Indian clientele.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision‑making.
- Assist with statutory audits and compliance filings.
- Collaborate with trainees, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Maintain accurate records using company‑approved accounting tools.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong command of English for client communication.
Required skills
- Preparation of financial statements.
- Financial analysis.
- Proficiency with Tally accounting software.
- Proficiency with Winman accounting software.
