Tower Crane Operator

About the role

Shree Shyam Construction is seeking a full‑time Tower Crane Operator to join its on‑site team in Patna. The successful candidate will manage lifting operations, operate heavy lifting equipment, and ensure safe handling and transport of materials throughout construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Operate tower cranes and related heavy equipment to lift and move construction materials.
• Perform regular inspections and routine maintenance of the crane and associated machinery.
• Collaborate closely with site supervisors, engineers, and construction crews to coordinate lifting tasks.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, operational guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
• Document lifting activities and report any equipment issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lifting operations and handling lifting equipment.
• Background in operating heavy equipment such as cranes.
• Knowledge of crane management, operation, and safety standards.
• Physical fitness, good spatial awareness, and hand‑eye coordination.
• Relevant certifications for crane operation are highly beneficial.
