Site Manager

About the role

The Site Manager will lead daily construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. This position reports to the Project Manager or Project Director and works closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, supervise, and manage all on‑site construction work.
• Ensure execution follows approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor progress, report daily/weekly/monthly updates, and track milestones.
• Manage site manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Maintain compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and contractual requirements.
• Review construction methods, resolve technical issues, and conduct site inspections.
• Support project planning, billing, measurement verification, and documentation.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project execution and site management.
• Proven experience supervising construction activities, manpower, and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of project planning, quality control, and safety management.
• Experience in infrastructure, building, road, bridge, or slope stabilization projects is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with project reporting tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
