Tour & Visa Coordinator

About the role

Grab That Trip is seeking two dedicated professionals – one to manage tour coordination and another to handle visa processing. Both roles focus on delivering seamless travel experiences for clients across India and Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage domestic and international tours, including bookings for flights, hotels, transport, and guides.
• Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
• Address client queries and resolve travel‑related issues promptly.
• Advise clients on visa requirements, gather necessary documentation, and prepare applications.
• Submit visa applications, liaise with embassies/consulates, and track approval status.
• Maintain compliance with immigration laws and company standards.

Required profile

• Prior experience in the travel industry (tour management or visa processing).
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking capability.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a problem‑solving attitude.
