About the role
The company is seeking a confident and responsible Tour Manager to oversee travel itineraries, coordinate with clients and service providers, and ensure smooth execution of tours. This position is based in Sepco, Durgapur and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic tourism environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all tour‑related activities from planning to completion.
- Communicate with clients, travel partners, and service providers to confirm schedules and bookings.
- Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and itinerary adjustments.
- Provide on‑site customer support and resolve issues during tours.
- Maintain clear communication and coordination throughout each tour.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (H.S.) pass; graduates may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, smart, and responsible attitude.

What we offer
- Salary range: 20,000 – 30,000 INR per month.
- Standard 8‑hour workday.
