Tour Consultant – Travel Planning Specialist

About the role

Voyvera is seeking a Tour Consultant to join its on‑site team in Anantnag. In this full‑time position you will help travelers plan, customize and book trips through Voyvera’s trusted marketplace, ensuring a transparent and reliable experience from inquiry to post‑travel follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to traveler inquiries and assess their preferences, budget and travel dates.
• Recommend suitable destinations, packages and itineraries, highlighting unique experiences and local insights.
• Coordinate with verified travel agencies on the platform to secure accommodation, transportation and activity bookings.
• Provide clear information on pricing, inclusions and exclusions, and prepare detailed travel proposals.
• Maintain accurate trip records in the system and follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction.
• Collect feedback from travelers and share it with partner agencies to improve service quality.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of travel consulting, tourism and guided‑tour operations.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities in English; additional local languages are a plus.
• Experience working in a travel agency, tour operator or hospitality environment.
• Ability to work on‑site in Anantnag with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant education in tourism, hospitality, business or a related field is advantageous.
