Tools & Technology Specialist – Security of Generative AI

About the role

Persistent is seeking a senior Tools & Technology specialist to lead the design, deployment, and operation of security capabilities for Generative AI (GenAI). The role sits within the Security Center of Excellence and supports both internal delivery teams and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate security tools and technologies specific to GenAI.
• Develop reference architectures, standards, and automation scripts for the GenAI security domain.
• Evaluate, onboard, and integrate new security products and platforms.
• Provide deep technical guidance to delivery teams and clients.
• Troubleshoot, optimise, and continuously improve security solutions.
• Document designs, runbooks, and best‑practice guides.

Required profile

• 12‑15 years of experience working on security for Generative AI.
• Proven hands‑on expertise in building and operating security tools for GenAI.
• Strong understanding of security architecture and integration patterns.
• Experience with cloud environments, automation, and modern security platforms.
• Relevant industry or product certifications are a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation abilities.
