Tile Setter, Painter & General Handyman

About the role

General-Bud is looking for experienced tile setters, painters and versatile handymen to join its renovation team in Warsaw and the surrounding area. The role involves delivering high‑quality finishing work in apartments and houses, ensuring each project meets the company’s standards of comfort and aesthetics.

Key responsibilities

• Perform tile installation and grouting in residential interiors.
• Apply interior and exterior paints, stains, and finishes to walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Carry out general renovation tasks such as plastering, minor carpentry, and surface preparation.
• Collaborate with site supervisors to follow project plans and timelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on each job site.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in tiling, painting or related construction work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical fitness to handle manual labour and lift materials.
