About the role
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of building installations. You will work on preventive and corrective tasks across hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and structural systems, guaranteeing safety and continuity of services.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on building infrastructure and associated systems.
- Execute corrective maintenance to resolve faults in hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and structural components.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any irregularities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and institutional procedures.
