About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations (TSR) is the on‑ground face of Blue Dart, responsible for ensuring timely pickup and delivery of customer shipments within an assigned territory while delivering a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Collect and deliver shipments on schedule, adhering to safety and handling standards.
  • Accurately scan shipments and manage COD collections.
  • Ensure proof‑of‑delivery (POD) compliance and follow operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with Shift In‑charge and branch operations teams to meet service commitments.
  • Represent the Blue Dart brand with professionalism at all customer touchpoints.

  • Professional demeanor with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to handle shipments safely and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail for scanning and documentation.
