Territory Service Representative – Operations

About the role

The Territory Service Representative (TSR) – Operations is the on‑ground face of Blue Dart, responsible for ensuring timely pickup and delivery of shipments within an assigned territory while delivering a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver customer shipments on schedule, adhering to safety and handling standards.
• Accurately scan shipments, manage COD collections, and ensure proof‑of‑delivery compliance.
• Coordinate with Shift In‑charge and branch operations teams to meet service commitments.
• Maintain operational documentation and report any exceptions or incidents.
• Represent the Blue Dart brand professionally during all customer interactions.
