Territory Service Representative – Operations

About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations is the on‑ground face of Blue Dart, responsible for ensuring timely pickup and delivery of customer shipments within an assigned territory while delivering a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Collect and deliver shipments according to schedule, adhering to safety and handling standards.
  • Accurately scan shipments, manage COD collections, and ensure proof‑of‑delivery (POD) compliance.
  • Maintain operational procedures, including safe handling, documentation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with the Shift In‑charge and branch operations team to meet service commitments.
  • Travel within the territory as required (up to 25% travel).

Required profile

  • Available to work inbound or outbound shifts as assigned.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Gorakhpur.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory (up to 25%).
