Territory Service Representative – Operations

About the role

The Territory Service Representative (TSR) – Operations is the on‑ground face of Blue Dart, responsible for ensuring timely pickup and delivery of shipments within an assigned territory while delivering a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver customer shipments on schedule, adhering to safety and handling standards.
• Accurately scan shipments, manage cash‑on‑delivery (COD) collections, and obtain proof of delivery (POD) compliance.
• Coordinate closely with the Shift In‑charge and branch operations team to meet service commitments.
• Maintain operational procedures, including proper documentation and reporting.
• Represent the Blue Dart brand professionally during all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer service and brand representation.
• Ability to work independently across a defined geographic territory.
• Comfort handling cash transactions and performing basic arithmetic.
• Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Basic computer literacy for scanning and data entry.
