Store Executive

About the role

The Store Executive is responsible for managing the receipt, inspection, and storage of all incoming merchandise at our Goa location. This role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains food safety standards, and supports the smooth operation of the store.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process deliveries, verifying quantities and quality.
• Track received inventory, complete logs, and generate inventory reports.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers and conduct regular inventory audits.
• Inspect deliveries for freshness, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety policies.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack, organize pallets, and ensure proper storage.
• Monitor PAR levels for food items and maintain required paperwork.
• Assist management with training, counseling, and motivating staff.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; complete safety training.
• Provide courteous guest service and maintain professional appearance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read small print and labels.
