Territory Service Representative – Operations

About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations (TSR) is the frontline ambassador of Blue Dart, responsible for ensuring timely pickup and delivery of shipments within an assigned territory while delivering a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver customer shipments on schedule, adhering to safety and handling standards.
• Accurately scan shipments using handheld devices and ensure proper documentation.
• Manage cash‑on‑delivery (COD) collections and obtain proof of delivery (POD) compliance.
• Coordinate closely with the Shift In‑charge and branch operations team to meet service commitments.
• Maintain operational procedures, report exceptions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Travel within the territory as required (approximately 25% of the time).

Required profile

• Prior experience in logistics, courier, or field service operations.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle physical workload.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
