Product Purchase Executive

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Product Purchase Executive to manage end‑to‑end procurement for corporate gifting, promotional materials, office supplies and other product needs. The role involves vendor identification, negotiation, order processing and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end procurement activities for corporate gifting, promotional materials, office supplies and other products.
• Identify, evaluate and coordinate with suitable vendors.
• Negotiate competitive pricing, quality standards and timely delivery.
• Prepare and manage Purchase Orders and related documentation.
• Track purchase orders, follow up on pending deliveries and ensure timely dispatch.
• Maintain accurate vendor and procurement records and strong professional relationships.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control and procurement planning while adhering to company policies.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in purchase, procurement or vendor management.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and requirements simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
