Territory Sales Officer – HoReCa (Coimbatore & South Tamil Nadu)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and target‑oriented Territory Sales Officer to grow our HoReCa business across Coimbatore, Erode, Salem, Tiruppur and Madurai. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand HoReCa business across the designated region.
• Identify, acquire and onboard new hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, QSRs and institutional clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat orders.
• Conduct regular market visits, customer meetings and sales presentations.
• Prepare territory sales plans, daily/weekly visit schedules and collect orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams, distributors and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends and market dynamics.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in HoReCa, FMCG, Food & Beverage or Institutional sales.
• Proven experience dealing with hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers or QSRs.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent customer relationship and business development skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
• Valid two‑wheeler and driving licence.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and comfortable with field sales.
• Knowledge of the Coimbatore, Erode, Salem, Tiruppur and Madurai markets is a plus.
