Territory Manager – Last Mile Operations (5-7 yrs experience)

About the role

The Territory Manager – Last Mile Operations will lead residential interior fit‑out projects across the region. You will implement robust project management frameworks, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure delivery that meets client expectations, business goals, and design standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain an effective project/program management framework for interior fit‑out projects.
• Define and enforce control criteria for project execution and regional performance.
• Lead design and site delivery teams, delegating responsibilities and monitoring performance.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client needs and design guidelines.
• Manage project deliverables, risk allowances, and monitor changes/variations.
• Facilitate teamwork among all stakeholders, including vendors and business partners.
• Prepare formal progress reports for clients and the company.
• Act as escalation point between the client (or representative) and Livspace to uphold quality standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Post‑graduation in Project Management or Construction Management, preferably from a Tier‑I institute.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the building construction industry, handling residential, retail, and office fit‑outs.
• Process‑driven professional with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
