Telesales Representative – Healthcare Services

About the role

HealthAssure is seeking a full‑time Telesales Representative to join its Mumbai office. You will be the voice of the company, reaching out to prospective and existing customers to promote a wide range of primary healthcare and wellness solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate qualified leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and processes in clear, simple language.
• Handle inbound queries, address basic customer questions, and provide timely follow‑up.
• Record call outcomes and maintain accurate data in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with sales and customer‑success teams to achieve individual and team targets.
• Share customer feedback to help improve service offerings.
• Participate in regular training sessions and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle queries professionally.
• Proven sales ability, including lead generation, objection handling, and closing.
• Willingness to continuously learn about products, processes, and sales techniques.
• Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, or wellness sales is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment with good time‑management.
• Minimum qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
