Telesales Executive – Outbound Voice Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to handle outbound domestic calls, promote health insurance policies and ensure high‑quality service in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers across India.
• Sell health insurance policies and achieve sales targets.
• Provide accurate information and maintain service quality as per company guidelines.

Required profile

• Graduation degree is mandatory.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or telesales (experience letter required). Freshers may also apply.

• Salary up to 2.79 LPA (approx. ₹279,000 per year).
• In‑hand earnings of up to ₹27,000 per month for experienced candidates.
• In‑hand earnings of up to ₹16,000 per month for freshers.

• Five‑day work week with rotational day shifts.
• Two rotational weekly offs.
