About the role

Guardian Financial Experts is seeking a confident and ambitious Telesales Executive to join its growing team in Gurugram. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding client financial concerns, and promoting the company’s loan and debt settlement services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.
• Understand clients’ financial concerns and requirements.
• Explain relevant company services and the consultation process clearly and professionally.
• Generate qualified leads and convert enquiries into clients.
• Build strong client relationships through regular follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions.
• Coordinate with the Legal and Operations teams during client onboarding.
• Work toward assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Follow company processes, professional standards, and applicable compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–6 months of experience.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and client‑handling abilities.
• Confident and professional approach toward conversations.
• Target‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems.
• Experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, financial services, insurance, loans, or customer support is an added advantage.
