International Tele-Sales Executive

About the role

OnlineInfatuation is hiring an International Tele-Sales Executive for its Gurgaon office (Sector 19, onsite). The role uses inbound and outbound telephone calls to meet sales targets, with a US shift and five working days (Monday to Friday). The salary is up to INR 45,000 plus incentive.

Key responsibilities

• Call existing and potential customers to persuade them to buy company products and services
• Cross-sell or up-sell products where possible
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their enquiries
• Record call details accurately and process customer purchases
• Generate leads for the outside sales team and manage customer accounts to keep existing customers satisfied
• Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Use company sales scripts to handle objections and recommend products suited to customer needs
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly call-volume and sales targets

Required profile

• Graduate with at least 1 year of experience as a tele-sales executive
• Excellent English communication skills
• Proven experience working as a tele sales executive
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
• Exceptional customer service skills

Required skills

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
