About the role

The Telesales Executive will focus on generating gold loan leads through high‑volume outbound calls. The role involves engaging both existing branch customers and new prospects to promote gold loan products, track conversions, and support the customer service team.

Key responsibilities

Make at least 100 outbound calls each day to promote gold loan offerings.
Identify and pitch new gold loan customers from the branch’s inactive database and the open market.
Ensure lead conversion by following up and coordinating with branch staff and managers.
Supervise daily operations of the customer service team related to gold loan inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversion outcomes.
Report daily call metrics and lead status to management.

Required profile

Strong verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
Ability to meet daily call volume targets.
Good coordination skills to work with branch personnel.
Attention to detail in tracking leads and conversions.
Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
