About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team in Maharashtra. The role involves providing exceptional customer service in an international call‑center environment, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Required skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in customer service principles and practices.
- Experience in an international BPO or call centre (preferred).
- Problem‑solving skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
