Telesales Executive – Insurance Sales (Vashi, Navi Mumbai)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive to join our insurance sales team in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. In this role you will engage prospective customers over the phone, understand their protection needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and convert them into policy sales.
• Identify customer requirements quickly and pitch appropriate insurance products such as health, motor, travel and others.
• Explain product features, benefits and coverage in an engaging manner to close deals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while earning unlimited incentives.
• Handle objections professionally, build instant rapport and nurture long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Graduation (any discipline) is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.
