Telemarketing Specialist – Lead Generation

About the role
The Telemarketing Specialist will join Solitaire Realty’s Mumbai office to drive lead generation for the real‑estate business. Working full‑time on‑site, you will engage prospective clients through outbound calls, qualify their interest and support the sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate new client leads through targeted telemarketing campaigns.
- Make outbound calls, follow up on inquiries and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Qualify leads by assessing client needs and documenting relevant information.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service, answering questions and resolving concerns.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing colleagues to achieve business targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience in lead generation, outbound sales or telemarketing.
- Strong verbal communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple calls, maintain accurate records and meet performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
