Telemarketing Specialist

About the role

Saish Capital is seeking a full‑time Telemarketing Specialist to join its Mumbai office. You will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, promote the company’s financial products, qualify leads and schedule follow‑up consultations.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote loan, investment and financial planning solutions.
• Understand client needs and clearly explain Saish Capital’s offerings.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and advisory teams to support campaigns and manage call lists.
• Handle basic customer inquiries, provide courteous support and adhere to compliance standards.
• Meet targets for lead conversion and client engagement.

Required profile

• Strong lead generation and sales abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in English and local languages.
• Basic understanding of financial products with a willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales or call‑center environments preferred.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment and manage time effectively.
• Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Business, Finance or related field is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using telecalling tools.
• Competence in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
