Telemarketing Representative

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Telemarketing Representative to contact potential clients, present our ACPL product range and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to prospects such as dealers, contractors and architects from a provided database.
• Introduce ACPL products, offers and services and schedule appointments or store visits for the sales team.
• Gather customer information, identify sales opportunities and follow up with interested prospects.
• Maintain a lead tracker, update the CRM system and share daily/weekly call reports with managers.
• Support promotional campaigns by calling during new product launches, festival offers or clearance sales and collect post‑campaign feedback.
• Record call outcomes, feedback and next steps accurately.

Required profile

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate (any stream).
• 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing or telesales; experience in tiles, construction or building‑material sectors is a plus.
• Fluent verbal communication in Tamil and English with confident, polite and persuasive speaking style.
• Target‑driven, able to multitask and manage a high volume of calls.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience using WhatsApp Business for communication.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools for lead tracking.
