About the role

We are an AI‑driven software startup seeking energetic telemarketers to expand our B2B outreach. You will connect with business owners, introduce our AI solutions, generate interest, and schedule demo meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential business clients.
• Explain company services and AI software solutions clearly and professionally.
• Generate leads and book appointments or demo calls.
• Maintain daily call records and follow‑ups.
• Understand customer requirements and relay them to the sales team.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.

Required profile

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Confidence speaking with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Basic computer and internet knowledge.
• Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
