Telecalling Executive – Real Estate Sales

About the role

Kushwaha Homes Pvt. Ltd., a leading residential construction company in Delhi NCR and Goa, is seeking a confident and friendly Telecalling Executive to join its real‑estate sales team. You will engage prospective customers who have expressed interest in our projects, understand their needs, and guide them toward qualified site visits.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.
• Identify customers' location preferences, budget, and property requirements.
• Explain project configurations, key features, and other relevant details clearly.
• Answer basic queries, build interest, and follow up regularly with interested prospects.
• Qualify leads, schedule site visits, and coordinate hand‑over to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead information and follow‑up records in the company’s CRM.
• Track scheduled follow‑ups to ensure no genuine lead is missed.
• Work towards individual and team targets for qualified leads and site visits.

Required profile

• Confident phone communicator with good Hindi proficiency; English is a plus.
• Polite, presentable, and customer‑friendly attitude.
• Ability to listen carefully, understand requirements, and perform regular follow‑ups.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and comfort in a target‑driven sales environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and readiness to learn CRM software.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
