About the role
This position is focused on outbound voice sales, primarily promoting insurance products to prospective customers. The role is ideal for recent graduates or freshers who are eager to start a career in telemarketing and sales.
Key responsibilities
- Handle digital and outbound sales calls to generate leads.
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product information.
- Explain insurance offerings clearly and confidently.
- Convert qualified leads into sales and earn performance‑based incentives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Required profile
- Average communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good thought process and sales aptitude.
- Basic knowledge of insurance or sales is an advantage.
- Graduates and HSC‑passed candidates can apply.
- Freshers are most welcome.
