Telecalling Executive – Outbound Sales (Hindi/English)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Executive to join our outbound retail telesales team. You will engage customers over the phone, promote insurance products, and help convert leads into satisfied policyholders.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Explain insurance products clearly in Hindi and English.
- Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve daily targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Adhere to a fixed shift of 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, six days a week with Sundays off.
Required profile
- Educational qualification: HSC or graduate.
- Freshers are welcome; candidates with prior sales experience are also considered.
- Age limit: up to 30 years.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of sales processes.
- Familiarity with insurance products is preferred.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
What we offer
- Competitive in‑hand salary: ₹16,000 for freshers, up to ₹18,000 for experienced candidates.
- Annual CTC ranging from ₹2.53 LPA to ₹2.75 LPA.
