Telecaller – Real Estate Sales Support

About the role

VSK Foundation is seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller to join its real‑estate sales team in Coimbatore. You will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, handling inbound enquiries and converting leads into site visits and bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage leads from Meta, Google Ads, Housing.com, 99acres, the company website and WhatsApp.
• Update lead details and interaction notes in the CRM or lead sheets.
• Contact new enquiries immediately and perform daily follow‑ups with existing leads.
• Coordinate site‑visit appointments, arrange cab facilities when needed, and send reminders.
• Collect post‑visit feedback, support booking discussions, and follow up until the booking is finalized.
• Maintain accurate lead records and ensure all customer interactions are documented.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in telecalling, customer support, inside sales or sales coordination.
• Experience in real‑estate, loans, banking, credit cards, insurance or any customer‑facing sales sector is preferred.
• Excellent communication and convincing abilities.
• Strong follow‑up and relationship‑management skills.
