About the role
Divine Constructions is seeking an energetic Telecaller to join its Customer Success team. You will work on voice and blended channels, helping potential clients in the real‑estate sector move through the onboarding journey. The role is full‑time, permanent, and based in Coimbatore.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve daily and weekly outbound call targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the customer database.
- Cold‑call prospective clients and generate qualified leads.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Close deals using persuasive selling techniques.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of telecalling or similar outbound sales experience.
- Graduate (any discipline) with strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Tamil.
- Customer‑focused attitude and ability to meet performance targets.
