About the role
We are looking for energetic Telecallers to join our outbound telesales team. You will engage customers over the phone in Hindi and English, promoting insurance products and converting leads into sales.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Explain insurance products clearly and answer queries.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required profile
- Educational qualification: HSC or graduate; freshers are welcome.
- Age between 19 and 30 years.
- Fluent in both Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of sales and insurance is preferred.
Required skills
- Basic sales knowledge.
- Understanding of insurance products (preferred).
What we offer
- Shift timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, six days a week with Sundays off.
- Salary for freshers: ₹16,000 in‑hand per month (CTC ₹2.53 LPA).
- Salary for experienced candidates: up to ₹18,000 in‑hand per month (CTC ₹2.75 LPA).
