Telecaller – Outbound Sales & Customer Support

About the role

We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, understanding customer needs, explaining our services, and maintaining regular follow‑ups. Freshers are welcome, and candidates with prior telecalling, customer support, telesales or business development experience are also considered.

Key responsibilities

• Contact leads and make outbound calls.
• Answer customer queries and share relevant information.
• Schedule and conduct follow‑up calls.
• Update call details and maintain accurate customer records.
• Support the team in achieving daily calling targets and business goals.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to build professional relationships over the phone.
• Energetic, hardworking and motivated to grow in a Telecaller role.
• Comfortable working with daily calling targets and accurate record‑keeping.
• Open to both fresh graduates and experienced candidates in telecalling or related fields.
