Telecaller – Outbound Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller to join our team and drive outbound lead generation for immigration‑related services. You will engage prospective customers, handle enquiries, and guide them through our service offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain immigration services.
• Handle incoming enquiries, providing accurate information about available services.
• Generate and qualify leads, maintaining regular follow‑ups with interested prospects.
• Convert qualified leads into customers by explaining features, processes, requirements, and charges.
• Address customer objections and achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow‑ups, and conversions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication with a confident, professional approach.
• Strong convincing, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a focus on meeting target achievements.
