Telecaller – Outbound Insurance Sales

About the role
We are looking for energetic Telecallers to join our Retail Telesales (RTS) vertical. In this role you will engage customers over the phone, understand their insurance needs and convert leads into sales while representing a leading insurance brand.
Key responsibilities
- Handle digital and outbound sales calls.
- Interact with customers to identify their insurance requirements.
- Explain insurance products clearly and confidently.
- Convert leads into sales and earn unlimited incentives.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required profile
- Average communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good thought process and sales aptitude.
- Basic knowledge of insurance or sales is an advantage.
- Graduates and HSC‑passed candidates can apply.
- Freshers are most welcome.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of insurance or sales (advantage).

- Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, six days a week.
- Fixed weekly off on Sunday.
