Telecaller – Customer Acquisition (Chennai)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to help expand our customer base by reaching out to new and existing users. The role involves making outbound calls, explaining our website and services, and guiding users through the registration process.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the company’s website and services.
• Encourage users to register on the portal and increase active user numbers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow‑ups.
• Conduct follow‑up calls to ensure successful registration and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume, user acquisition, and feedback ratings.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Fluency in Tamil with working knowledge of English.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Familiarity with CRM or calling tools.
