Tele Sales Executive – Solar Solutions (High Incentives)

About the role

Bayment Solar is seeking energetic Tele Sales Executives to promote its solar solutions. You will engage with qualified leads, explain our offerings, and guide customers through the sales process to closure.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and qualify leads generated by the company.
• Explain solar solutions and persuade customers to consider them.
• Schedule site visits and follow up until the deal is closed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or telesales.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong follow‑up skills and a target‑oriented mindset.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience in solar, banking, insurance, real estate, or telecom sales is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for managing leads and customer data.
