About the role

The Laboratory Maintenance Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing and documenting issues on equipment, parts and components received by the Technical Assistance and Technical Laboratory departments. This role ensures that all maintenance activities are performed efficiently and that equipment is returned to operation promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment, parts and components received with problems in Technical Assistance (ATR) and Technical Laboratory (ATS).
• Perform repairs on machines, defective components and parts.
• Record time spent and items used for maintenance in the Protheus system.
• Store correctly items cleared for return.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues, clarifying critical needs and product performance complaints.

Required profile

• Completed technical course in Electronics, Mechatronics or related fields.
• Knowledge of maintenance for electronic or mechatronic equipment and components.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.

Required skills

• Protheus ERP system usage for maintenance logging.
• Electronic equipment maintenance.
• Mechatronic equipment maintenance.
