Technical Support Engineer – Arabic Speaker

About the role

AlgoSec is looking for a Technical Support Engineer who is fluent in Arabic and English to join its global support team in Gurgaon. You will help customers worldwide install, operate, and troubleshoot AlgoSec’s network security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide email, phone, and webcast support to global customers, partners, and sales engineers.
• Assist with product installation, configuration, and issue resolution.
• Maintain and enrich the AlgoSec knowledge base.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Delivery, Product Management, and other support teams.
• Introduce and improve support methodologies and tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a software support role.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude, independent and resource‑ful.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and handle irregular hours for 24x7 support.

Required skills

• Linux/UNIX environments.
• Firewall administration and configuration (Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet).
• Network security software support.
• PERL and shell scripting (advantage).
• Experience with SRE/DevOps practices (advantage).
