Technical Recruiter – US IT Staffing (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead US IT and W2 hiring for our remote team. The role involves full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement, and requires a results‑driven mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT/W2 positions, from sourcing to candidate placement.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals and other channels.
• Focus on W2 hiring while also handling C2C and other US staffing requirements.
• Interpret technical job descriptions and match qualified candidates based on skills, experience, location and work authorization.
• Conduct candidate screening, technical qualification discussions and initial interviews.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and upcoming needs.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients or vendors.
• Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations professionally.
• Keep accurate candidate and requirement data in ATS/recruitment systems.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly recruitment and placement targets.
• Develop and nurture relationships with candidates, consultants, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on US IT hiring trends, technologies, market rates and best recruitment practices.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in US IT/Technical recruiting.
• Strong hands‑on experience with W2 hiring and candidate recruitment.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent time‑management and multitasking capabilities.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and results‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Recruiting for Java.NET, Python, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, Salesforce, SAP and QA roles.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed and ZipRecruiter.
• Strong candidate screening, communication and negotiation skills.
