Sr Workday Analyst

About the role

A Sr Workday Analyst is responsible for the design, management and control of Workday configuration to support global and local enhancements or change requests. The role requires investigative problem‑solving, the ability to think outside the box and clear communication with stakeholders while protecting the global design template.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional Workday support and analysis, translating HR business requirements into system solutions.
• Review and optimise existing Workday configurations, business processes and reporting to improve efficiency.
• Manage end‑to‑end testing, change control and governance for Workday releases and enhancements.
• Build and maintain Workday reports, dashboards and self‑service tools for decision‑making.
• Act as a Workday functional consultant for business partners, supporting both small and large system changes.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on Workday experience, especially in HCM, Security, Business Processes and Reporting.
• Strong understanding of HR disciplines and experience in HR system administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder‑management confidence.
• High learning agility, ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Analytical skills to manage large data volumes with attention to detail.
