Technical US IT Recruiter (Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical US IT Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for US‑based IT positions. The role operates on a US night shift from our Amritsar office and requires strong sourcing, screening, and placement skills across a wide range of technologies and work‑authorization categories.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT staffing needs.
• Interpret client requirements and identify qualified candidates.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases and other platforms.
• Screen candidates for technical expertise, communication ability, availability and US work‑authorization status.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and follow up through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment activity in the ATS/CRM.
• Build and sustain a robust pipeline of IT professionals.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience recruiting IT talent for US clients.
• Strong understanding of US IT staffing processes and work‑authorization categories (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, H4 EAD, GC EAD, OPT, CPT).
• Proficiency with job portals such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple requisitions and meet recruitment goals.
• Experience with ATS/CRM tools is a plus.
