Technical Recruiter – IT Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Technical Recruiter to join our HR team in Jaipur. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for a variety of IT positions, ensuring we attract and secure top technical talent for our organization and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source and shortlist candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Ceipal and other job portals.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for IT roles.
• Build and maintain active and passive talent pipelines.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Keep accurate candidate records in the Ceipal ATS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business or a related field (preferred).
• 1‑3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented and detail‑focused.
