Technical Recruiter – IT Talent Acquisition

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Technical Recruiter to join our HR team in Jaipur. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for IT positions, sourcing top talent and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Key responsibilities
- Source and shortlist IT candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Ceipal and other portals.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for IT roles.
- Build and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Keep accurate candidate data in the Ceipal ATS.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business or a related field (preferred).
- 1‑3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Proven ability to source and close IT positions.
