Technical Project Manager

About the role

The Technical Project Manager leads multi‑disciplinary, medium to large‑scale programs that support global sourcing, lifecycle initiatives, and long‑term business continuity. Working with limited supervision, the role ensures projects meet timelines, budgets, and resource constraints while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project management: scope definition, planning, scheduling, governance, risk & issue management.
• Lead cross‑functional programs aligned with global sourcing strategies and business continuity objectives.
• Develop and maintain program structures such as WBS, RACI, milestones, effort estimates, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to define requirements, assess feasibility, and evaluate risks.
• Manage business case development, financial alignment, and value realization.
• Track progress, review metrics, address deviations, and drive corrective actions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, quality, and regulatory standards, maintaining audit‑ready documentation.
• Promote continuous improvement by applying best practices and lessons learned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline; master’s in project management is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in a high‑tech or regulated industry with strong program/project management exposure.
• Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is required.
