Technical Project Manager

About the role

Taazaa is seeking a platform‑agnostic Technical Project Manager to lead multiple development projects across .NET, Java, Node.js and emerging AI/ML technologies. You will own delivery from inception to launch, mentor project leads, and ensure high‑quality technical solutions that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead one or more development projects, guiding and mentoring project leads to build high‑performing teams.
• Estimate effort, cost, and schedule, defining tasks, milestones and dependencies.
• Monitor progress, publish status reports, track risks and issues, and drive mitigation.
• Facilitate technical problem‑solving and escalations, maintaining sprint schedules in Jira.
• Provide technical training and mentorship to team members.
• Capture innovations, lessons learned and success stories for organization‑wide sharing.
• Manage client interactions, translating requirements into clear deliverables.
• Oversee the full SDLC and project lifecycle with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech/MCA with 6+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong understanding of Java.NET and Node.js ecosystems.
• Experience with model training, deep learning and modern software development practices.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and build competent development teams.
